Sarah Kassam, DDS
Dr Sarah Kassam graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995 and then earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Cum Laude, from the highly ranked University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School in 2000. With over 19 years of experience in public and private settings, Dr Kassam is confident in her general dentistry skills. She is a third generation health care provider in her family; taking care of her patients comes naturally. Dr Kassam is well-regarded for her gentle chair-side manner. She has been awarded “Top Dentists” by Albuquerque the Magazine for the past 3 years in a row. In her free time, Dr. Kassam enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and travelling.

Dr. Kassam is happy to see both new and returning patients at Sandia Dental Care. Those who are visiting our practice for the first time are first taken to see our hygiene department for a comprehensive teeth cleaning, full set of X-rays if needed, and a complete dental exam to check on the stability of existing restorations and soft tissue health. Patients also get the chance to meet and speak with Dr. Kassam about any concerns, their previous dental experiences, and how we plan to care for your smile at future appointments. If the reason for your first visit is problem-focused, i.e. you’re seeing our dentist for a painful or damaged tooth, we address these issues first. Dr. Kassam evaluates problem spots on your smile to determine the most efficient procedures for your needs and how to re-establish dental health.

Monique grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has worked as a dental assistant for over 10 years She loves helping people and it shows in her dedication to her work. Monique believes everyone deserves to smile! Monique is currently our new office manager and always has a friendly smile!

Meet Karlee, a dental hygienist who brings her expertise from the rainy city of Seattle to the sunny streets of Albuquerque. She brings a wealth of experience with a degree from Pima Medical Institute and 18+ years in the field, she’s a true expert in keeping those smiles shining bright. She’s dedicated to promoting oral health and educating patients on proper dental care. With her expertise and friendly demeanor, Karlee ensures every visit to the dentist is comfortable and stress-free. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 boys, traveling and experiencing all NM has to offer.
